GREETING CARDS FOR ROSH HASHANNAH
Make Rosh Hashanah extra special for your family and friends by making and sending them Rosh Hashanah greeting cards! Everyone loves receiving a card in the mail, and when your family and friends see that you MADE them one, their new year will surely be off to an extra sweet start! You can use paint, markers, colored pencils, rubber stamps, stickers, or all of the above. Be creative, and be a blessing by sending some new year cheer!
HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED:
-Blank notecards (I like white or brown craft paper)
-Markers, colored pencils, crayons, rubber stamps/stamp pads, stickers — any material you want to use!
-Addresses of your family and friends
-Stamps
HERE’S WHAT YOU DO:
(1) Design each card any way you like using whatever materials you like. You could include apples and honey, shofars, a Torah, hearts, and/or Star of Davids. (2) Be sure to include a warm Rosh Hashanah message, too. Here are some examples:
-L’Shava Tova!
-Happy New Year!
-Wishing you a happy and healthy new year!
-Best wishes for a sweet new year!
-Hope you have a year filled with peace, love, and good health!
-May your new year be filled with happiness and shalom!
-I hope your new year is as sweet as you are!
(3) Last, but not least, make sure you sign your name in your nicest handwriting!
